Six to eight weeks after your wedding, it’s time for some happy mail! So, pop the champagne, grab some popcorn and sit back to relive your wedding moments together. Your gallery will be delivered in a professional, organized online portal that is customizable and shareable. You’ll also gain access to an online store with professional prints, albums and other products to bring those digital files to life!

We’ll be your shadow on the wedding day, capturing every detail that you planned out perfectly, and the ones that came out a little imperfectly too.The last thing you want is an 8 hour photoshoot, so you can expect to just enough guidance to keep you on the track while still giving you the space to soak up every second of joy the day has to offer.

About one month before your wedding, we will set up another meeting to go over all of the details for the big day. This is our opportunity to go over your must-have photos and vision boards, the who’s who for all of the important people in your life and most important, build your photography timeline. Once we’ve finalized all of the details and made sure all of your questions have been answered, I will put together a custom wedding guide and share it with you and your vendors so we are all on the same page!

Included in every wedding package I offer is an engagement session! Think of it like a dream date night with your partner, your favorite outfits in the most beautiful places, with me there to document your connection & relationship in a way that is authentically you! This is a great way to get out those photography jitters before the wedding day too, so you and I both feel prepared & confident going into your wedding day!

Once you’re ready to book, the process is entirely virtual! Once I get some basic information about you and your wedding day, I’ll send over an online booking proposal which includes a contract and an invoice. The contract lays out all of the details of what you can expect from me and the invoice is for a 25% retainer that will reserve your date in my calendar. Once the proposal is complete, you’re officially an Andrea Cakmar couple!

Once I’ve received your inquiry, I’ll send over my package guide and we will schedule a coffee date, either virtually or in-person, to get to know each other! This is where we can look over wedding galleries together, build potential timelines, go over which packages & services best suit your needs and ask any questions you have about wedding planning!

For weddings day, I always estimate that it is about 75% candid documentation and 25% posing. For the majority of the day, I remain in the background capturing the day as it flows and happens naturally, but I’m always there to provide guidance on the best locations and positioning for your images, even if it’s a nudge to get you in the best light. For the full posed portions of the day, like your formal portraits, I am there to fully guide you into a series of fun, dynamic poses that will leave you with a wide array of images.
What does posing & guidance look like during the wedding day?
The average couple books 8 hours of coverage for their wedding day! But, I would be happy to help you build a sample timeline during our consultation and show you what coverage would look like so you can make an informed decision about what’s right for you!
How do we know how many hours we should book?
Wedding photos are delivered within 8 weeks of the wedding day and wedding video products are delivered within 16 weeks of the wedding day.
When can I expect my images & video products to be delivered?
Your date can be easily secured with an online booking proposal that will walk you through the process of signing your contract and submitting a 25% retainer for your package. After that, you can create a custom payment plan for the remainder of your package!
What is required to secure our date with you?
In addition to Andrea, we have a team of experienced photographers and videographers available for your wedding day. However, you will know before booking if it is Andrea that will be there for your wedding day. No matter who it is, the team is trained to work in a very similar style and all of the communication, planning and editing of images is done through Andrea.
Will Andrea be the photographer at our wedding?
