What All of My Services Include
For weddings day, I always estimate that it is about 75% candid documentation and 25% posing. For the majority of the day, I remain in the background capturing the day as it flows and happens naturally, but I’m always there to provide guidance on the best locations and positioning for your images, even if it’s a nudge to get you in the best light. For the full posed portions of the day, like your formal portraits, I am there to fully guide you into a series of fun, dynamic poses that will leave you with a wide array of images.
What does posing & guidance look like during the wedding day?
The average couple books 8 hours of coverage for their wedding day! But, I would be happy to help you build a sample timeline during our consultation and show you what coverage would look like so you can make an informed decision about what’s right for you!
How do we know how many hours we should book?
Every collection includes a curated amount of film coverage, giving you the timeless tones, texture, and depth that only analog photography can create. If you’d like more extensive film coverage, I offer upgrades that allow your wedding to be photographed as a full film–digital hybrid experience.
How much film do you use, and can we upgrade to more?
Absolutely. The timeline meeting is one of the most valuable pieces of your experience with me. Together, we walk through your entire day in detail so I can design a photography timeline that prioritizes ease, emotion, and natural moments. After our meeting, I create a custom photography guide tailored to your wedding, which becomes a helpful resource for both you and your vendor team.

To secure your date, you’ll select the collection and any add-ons that best fit your celebration. A signed contract and a 25% retainer make everything official. Once those are complete, your date is fully reserved and I begin preparing for your day with intention and care.
What is required to officially reserve our date?
Most couples book 9 to 18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates. If you feel connected to my work and vision, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date or a general timeframe in mind. I take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives a deeply personalized experience.
How far in advance should we book you?
Yes. I photograph weddings throughout Arizona, across the U.S., and at destinations worldwide. Whether you’re celebrating in Tucson, New York City, Mexico, Italy, or a far-flung corner of the world, I provide seamless travel support and thoughtful preparation to ensure your experience is easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Do you travel for weddings and destination events?
You’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited images that reflects the full story of your celebration. Most weddings result in 600 to 800+ images, depending on coverage. Sneak peeks arrive within one week, and your complete gallery is delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, thoughtfully edited and ready to download, share, and print.
